Help drive the execution of our S&OP process and turn aligned plans into real business results.

At Epiroc, we rely on strong collaboration between Sales, Operations and Supply Chain to ensure we deliver to our customers while running an efficient and balanced business. As a Planning Lead, you will play a key role in coordinating demand, supply, and inventory planning across assigned business areas within our established S&OP framework. This is a role where you can make a real impact by turning complex data and business inputs into clear actionable plans that support both short term execution and long-term growth.

Join our team

You will be part of a global Supply Chain planning community, working closely with Sales, Product Management, Operations and Sourcing. The team focuses on strengthening our S&OP process and improving how we plan and respond to business needs. You will work in a collaborative environment where ideas are welcomed and continuous improvement is encouraged.

Your mission

You will coordinate demand, supply and inventory planning as part of the monthly S&OP cycle, ensuring plans are realistic, aligned and actionable across functions. You will:

  • Lead and facilitate Demand and Supply Reviews and drive structured planning discussions.
  • Consolidate and challenge business inputs to create balanced and realistic demand and supply plans.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product Management, Operations and Sourcing to align priorities and constraints.
  • Identify supply risks, capacity limitations and service impacts and prepare scenarios to support decision making.
  • Drive transparency around assumptions, risks, and recovery actions.
  • Support development and maintenance of inventory strategies that balance service levels and working capital.
  • Monitor planning performance and highlight improvement opportunities.

Your profile

We believe you are a structured and collaborative planner who enjoys working across functions and translating data into practical business decisions.

You also bring:

  • A degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or a related field.
  • Good understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with planning data and Excel.
  • Experience working with forecasting, ERP or planning systems (M3, SAP, APO or similar).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders across functions and cultures.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and organized way.

Location and other

The preferred location for this role is Kalmar, Örebro or Stockholm, but other locations near Epiroc offices in CET time zone might be considered.
