We are now looking for an experienced Controller, as our current colleague is moving on to a new role internally. As a Controller, you actively contribute to ensuring accurate and timely reporting as well as developing analyses that support the operational and strategic goals of the group.

About the role

As a Controller, you will play a central role in creating transparency and understanding of the group's financial results. You will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing assigned companies or portfolios and working closely with the organization to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. With your analytical skills, you identify deviations, explain underlying causes, and provide recommendations that facilitate decision-making processes.

You will have a central role in the group's projects – where you drive financial monitoring, support project operations, and ensure that calculations, investment materials, and key figures maintain high quality. The role involves broad collaboration with property management and other parts of the business, and you actively contribute to the development of working methods, tools, and processes within the controller function. Here, you work with complex flows and ensure that reporting systems are accurate and reliable – and you get to help create decision-making materials that make a real difference.

The role reports to the Group Controller, and you will become part of the finance department at the head office with 13 competent colleagues.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with an academic degree in finance and several years of experience in controller work, accounting, or analysis. You have a knack for seeing financial connections and thrive in a role where both accuracy and a holistic perspective are important. Experience from the real estate industry or other capital-intensive businesses is an advantage, but not a requirement – the most important thing is your analytical ability and your interest in understanding the business. You work comfortably in system environments and have excellent skills in Excel. To succeed in the role, you need to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and have good knowledge of English.
