FörTjust! - We are looking for an HR Generalist
The vision of Södra Tjust Parish is to be a present church with the guiding principles of joy, community, and hope for the future. We are now looking for an HR Generalist based in Västervik.
Södra Tjust Parish consists of the congregations of Gladhammar-Västrum, Hallingeberg-Blackstad, Hjorted, Misterhult, Törnsfall, and Västervik. We have about 80 employees in addition to many volunteers and elected representatives.
You will be responsible for the ongoing operational HR work in the organization and provide support to both employees and managers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Labor law issues
- The employment journey - from selection and recruitment to termination
- Systematic work environment management
- Conflict management
- Manager support
Qualifications:
We are looking for someone with a university degree in HR/Human Resource Management at least at the bachelor's level and several years of experience in HR work. Since the work is driven by the needs of the organization, you have the ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances. The role requires you to be good at building trusting relationships and have strong communication skills.
Work experience from the Church of Sweden is an advantage. You need to have a B driver's license. You must be a member of the Church of Sweden. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
