Be responsible for your own customer base focusing on the next generation of Private Banking clients – young adults stepping into life.
Cultivate and develop customer relationships so that clients are tied to the bank through your advice and our broad offering.
Contribute to customer satisfaction among main clients by ensuring that their children are well taken care of.
Work commercially and proactively with responsibility for customer satisfaction, results, and profitability.
Collaborate closely with the main client's Private Banker and customer support.
Create trustworthy relationships through energy, social competence, and an outgoing personality.
Take initiative and drive the business with strong self-motivation.
Quickly understand the customer's needs and find solutions that strengthen the relationship.
Build long-term relationships so that your clients eventually become new main clients when they partake in the family's wealth.
Ensure that customers feel secure and well-prepared for the future.
Develop your advisory skills and actively contribute to the results and performance of Private Banking.
Collaborate closely with colleagues in the bank to achieve common goals.
• Solid experience in advisory and customer service, preferably from working with your own customer responsibility.
• Good knowledge of mortgage advisory and investment advisory with high documentation quality.
• Swedsec license for mortgages and advisory as well as IDD certification.
• Good experience in holding digital customer meetings and managing the bank's digital products.
• Interest in working with new customers and building relationships from the ground up.
