About the Position

We at Uniflex Kalmar are now looking for customer service representatives for one of our clients, who is one of Sweden's leading property developers and managers.

The tasks include incoming calls where you assist customers with their inquiries, including invoice questions and reporting issues. The position also includes some administrative tasks and email management. As an employee, you will receive coaching, attend training, and set personal goals to develop and thrive in your role while contributing to the development of the organization.

The assignment is full-time with varying working hours, which may include days, evenings, and weekends. It is a long-term employment that starts with a 6-month probationary period. The employment begins with a 4-week paid training. The start date is around February 27.

To fit this position, we see that you possess the following:

• A minimum of a high school education

• Good knowledge of Office programs

• You speak and write Swedish fluently and with good quality

• Experience in the service industry, preferably in customer service, reception, or retail.
