About the assignment

We are currently looking for three administrators for registration work to strengthen the team at our client located in Västervik. The positions are consultancy assignments via Bemannia and are full-time 100%. The work takes place on-site at the authority's premises. The start date for all three assignments is January 19, 2026. Two of the assignments run until February 27, 2026, and one assignment runs until March 27, 2026. See below for the start and end dates of the assignments.

Assignment 1. Runs from January 19 – February 27, 2026

Assignment 2. Runs from January 19 – February 27, 2026

Assignment 3. Runs from January 19 - March 27, 2026

Your tasks

Here you will work with administration in the form of registering control data. During the assignment period, a large number of control data is expected to arrive in paper form, which means you will register these control data into the client's system, as well as sort them into the client's archive. Therefore, accuracy and efficiency are important qualities, as well as having a good computer skills.

The tasks themselves are performed independently, but you will work closely with other consultants and supervisors, which requires good collaboration. The assignment begins with an introduction.

Your qualifications

• Good computer skills
• Detail-oriented
• High school or equivalent education
• At least one (1) year of work experience in similar work
• Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing

Meritorious

• Previous work with registering control data
