Are you an experienced HR consultant with a focus on rehabilitation? Then this could be an assignment for you! 

About the assignment We are now looking for an HR consultant with experience in work-oriented rehabilitation and recruitment. The assignment starts on October 15 and lasts for 6 months. The assignment is full-time as an HR consultant with generalist tasks but somewhat focused on rehabilitation. The assignment takes place on-site at the client, with the possibility of remote work two days a week based on the needs of the organization.  Your tasks

• Provide consultative support to the organization's managers on issues related to labor law, work environment, recruitment, salary setting, etc.  
• Support managers in work with work-oriented rehabilitation and disciplinary matters and participate in the necessary meetings
• Act as project manager in recruitment matters concerning managers or other key functions
• Comply with laws and agreements as well as the organization's internal policy documents and procedures
• Conduct negotiations with unions
• Assist in staffing HR direct and respond to daily questions primarily for managers
• Comply with laws and agreements as well as the client's internal policy documents and procedures 
• Collaborate with other colleagues in the HR department

Your qualifications

• University degree in Human Resources 
• Work experience in qualified HR work as an HR generalist for at least 3 years. The work must have been performed or ongoing within the last 5 years.
• Knowledge and experience in competency-based recruitment
• Knowledge and experience in working with work-oriented rehabilitation
• Knowledge of the collective agreement General Provisions 
• Good Swedish in speech and writing

Meritorious 

• Experience working in HR from municipal operations
