HR Administrator at Jefferson Wells

Are you a structured and detail-oriented person with experience in HR administration? At Jefferson Wells, we are currently looking for an HR Administrator for an exciting consulting assignment with our client in Oskarshamn. Here you will have the opportunity to work closely with the business and help create order, quality, and structure in HR processes.

⏳ Scope: Full-time, onsite consulting assignment

About the role

As an HR Administrator, you will work broadly with personnel administration and support the HR and payroll functions in their daily work. You will handle tasks related to the employment cycle, registration and updating of information in the HR system, and prepare documents and reports according to established procedures.

The work is performed on-site in Oskarshamn and is suitable for you who thrive in an administrative role with many points of contact.

Examples of tasks

• Manage personnel administration related to hires, changes, and terminations
• Update and maintain data in the HR system
• Prepare reports and documentation according to established guidelines
• Support in simpler payroll and time reporting tasks
• Ensure correct handling of personnel information and internal procedures

We are looking for someone who

• Has education in HR, payroll, finance, or similar - or equivalent experience
• Has at least 2 years of experience in HR administration, including work in HR systems
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Has good IT skills, especially in Excel and common Office programs
• Is detail-oriented, service-minded, and enjoys working in a structured manner

Preferred: Experience in payroll administration and time reporting.
