We are honored to expand our fantastic customer service team in Kalmar with 5 customer communicators. We are looking for someone who has a passion for service, loves fast changes, and has the ability to meet our customers in a communicative and responsible manner. This is a fixed-term employment for 4 months with a good chance of extension.
About the role
As a customer communicator with us, you will play a central role in helping our customers. You will belong to a team of 17 colleagues who actively work to develop the business and strive hard to achieve our set goals. What we do is contribute to creating happier and healthier customers. You will have a direct impact on our collective results. At the start, you will also undergo a 3-week internal training program.
Your main areas of responsibility
- Answer questions asked via phone from the public, healthcare, and from the internal operations regarding opening hours, price/inventory questions, bookings/reservations, deliveries, invoices, Covid 19
- Help customers forward to other internal instances as needed
- Contribute to continuous improvements in, and development of, customer meetings
- Have an effective conversation technique that can be adapted to current workload
- Actively work in your customer meetings to create added value through advice and achieve set goals
Your competencies
We are looking for someone who has a high school diploma and an interest in helping others through good service. In addition, we are looking for someone who:
- Has the ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English.
- Has a structured and meticulous working method and enjoys working in a team while being able to take significant personal responsibility for your individual goals.
- Is positive, responsive, and communicative.
- Is collaborative and actively works to achieve the team's common goals.
- Thrives in a culture characterized by a fast pace, where we celebrate successes and work hard to create them.
Experience from pharmacy operations and/or healthcare, as well as if you are a pharmacy technician/self-care advisor, is an advantage.
