Customer satisfaction is your driving force – and you love delivering it! Customer service is not a side track for us; it is the heart of everything we do. With us, you will be the spider in the web between departments and play a key role in the entire customer journey. Here you will have great responsibility, a lot of freedom, and the opportunity to influence the customer experience every day.

Your role:

You keep the customer flow together and ensure that things move forward. You handle inquiries, follow up on leads, and book meetings. You are the link between the customer, sales, production, and finance. You see the details but never lose sight of the big picture.  When you see a business opportunity, you step forward; it comes naturally and is fun for you!

You will:

  • Receive and manage incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Work on new customer acquisition, capture leads, and create new business opportunities
  • Be the link between sales, production, complaints, and finance
  • Ensure customer satisfaction in every part of the customer journey
  • Work towards clear goals for service, quality, and follow-up
  • Administer, follow up, and structure customer dialogues in our systems

Have good digital skills and work effortlessly in Google Workspace

Experience in similar positions is a plus, but your personality and engagement are crucial.
