About the position

This is a 12-month temporary position at 40-90%. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Uppsala Taxi. There are good opportunities for Uppsala Taxi to offer you a permanent position in the long run. This provides both you and them a great opportunity to get to know each other and evaluate how you enjoy your collaboration.

About the company

Uppsala Taxi 100 000 AB has served the residents of Uppsala with taxi services around the clock since 1926 and is the largest taxi company in Uppsala. They have 130 cars operating daily in Uppsala and surrounding areas. They are at the forefront when it comes to traffic management systems. The switchboard is open 24/7, and you can book your taxi via phone, online, or through their app.

Job responsibilities

Your tasks include receiving bookings from customers via phone and email. You will receive calls from customers who need to book various forms of transportation, which you will enter into the company's data system. Bookings received via email and other systems are not always complete, and you will ensure that you obtain all necessary information for the booking to be complete. Working hours are scheduled in different shifts, and you will receive a rolling schedule that includes day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. You will be part of a team characterized by a good atmosphere where you help and support each other in various matters. You will be offered an introduction to create an understanding of the company's working methods and systems. You will receive a map of the city and undergo various tests during the introduction.

    Education, experience, and personal qualities

      • Completed upper secondary education
      • You can express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English
      • Experience as a customer service representative or similar is an advantage
      • Good local knowledge is a plus

      As a person, you are attentive, accommodating, and enjoy helping others. You always put the customer first and take the time to establish good contact with them. To thrive in this role, you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and can handle a high workload without compromising the quality of your work. You take great responsibility for your tasks and rarely miss details as you plan your work in a structured manner.
