About Us

The Red Cross in Uppsala is constantly growing and developing! We run Sweden's largest Red Cross store with about 110 dedicated volunteers and receive around 1,000 visitors every day. Our surplus goes directly to local and international support efforts – your work makes a difference for people in vulnerable situations.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who wants to work extra as cashier staff on Saturdays in our Second Hand store in Uppsala. You have at least one year left of your studies and want to contribute to a meaningful operation.

Responsibilities

• Cash handling and customer service
• Handling of donation reception
• Other relevant tasks in the store

We are looking for someone who has:

• Cash handling experience
• Computer skills
• Detail-oriented and responsible
• Service-oriented and positive
• Open, cooperative, and attentive

Meritorious:

• Language skills beyond Swedish
• Driver's license B (manual)

Employment Type:

• Hourly employment, duration about 12 months
• Working hours: Saturdays
