About the position

In the role of marketing coordinator, you will be part of the team that is Almtuna's face to the outside world, and you will become a central part of the work to build the association's brand, engage new members, and create memorable experiences. Your tasks include, among other things:

• Planning and executing marketing activities at booked events, public squares, and other public places to recruit new members and strengthen the association's B2C database.
• Visiting schools to attract children and youth to Almtuna's hockey and youth activities.
• Driving the association's business network - where you are responsible for invitations, planning, and executing our 12 network meetings per season.
• Managing the VIP area at home games, which includes preparations, purchases, and hosting.

We offer a central role in close collaboration with the Association and Event Manager and the Corporate Sales Manager. You will also have significant responsibility in a developing environment, where both grassroots and elite sports meet in a strong community force. Almtuna IS is in an expansive building phase with a focus on growth and delivery – a development that you will be part of driving in this role.

Who are we looking for?

To succeed in this role, we see that you have completed high school education and a couple of years of work experience, preferably from outreach activities. Perhaps you have successfully run a student company during your high school years or been a leader in a sports association. If you have been involved in association life, we see it as a great advantage. Good Swedish in speech and writing and a B driver's license are required for the position.

As a person, you are outgoing, structured, and proactive. You have a strong drive and are comfortable working independently while also being able to collaborate easily with others. Since relationships are a central part of the role, you should also be trustworthy, self-assured, and humble. We will place great emphasis on personal qualities.

Other important information

💼 The position is full-time permanent with start date as agreed.

⏰ Working hours are varied and scheduled both during the day, evening, and weekend.
