About the role
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving, planning, and executing sales activities. You will build and develop long-term customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and implement strategies for increased sales and customer satisfaction. The role involves analyzing market trends and competitors and offering solutions within the elevator segment - from platform lifts to modernizations.
Your responsibilities include:
- Staying updated on regulations and standards affecting our business.
- Developing and maintaining your product and technical expertise to provide customers with the best possible advice.
- Identifying areas for improvement in sales-related processes and contributing to our continuous improvement efforts.
- Actively participating in dialogues and collaborations within the Sales and Technical team to drive joint development.
You will be a key person in our investment in the Stockholm-Mälar region, and we prefer that you live between Uppsala and northern Stockholm.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has documented sales experience, preferably within the construction or real estate industry.
- Has technical understanding of elevators (platform lifts, traction elevators, hydraulic elevators) and preferably experience in modernization.
- Is results-oriented, energetic, and a skilled communicator who enjoys creating and developing business.
- Has a driver's license and enjoys working proactively with customer visits and business development.
