In your role as Inside Sales Representative/Customer Support at HomeMaid, you will primarily work to provide our customers with first-class service via phone and email. You will handle incoming inquiries regarding HomeMaid's services and manage additional administration while also working with proactive sales over the phone.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with new customer acquisition
• Actively work with upselling to both existing and former customers.
• Engage in proactive sales over the phone
• Support customers via phone and email.
• Handle customer issues such as cancellations and rescheduling, customer complaints, simpler damage cases, and assist other colleagues with cancellations and rescheduling of services.

PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS To thrive in the role of Customer Support/Inside Sales, you have prior experience working in a service-oriented and customer-focused manner. You have a natural inclination to always go the extra mile and a flexibility that helps you manage periods of higher workload. You enjoy using the phone as your primary work tool and have the ability to handle different tasks simultaneously without compromising quality. You like it when things are happening, and your desire to develop along with your curiosity drives you forward. Of course, you enjoy working towards set sales goals.

Important for the position is that you:

• Are inclusive and respectful in contact with different people
• Are solution-oriented and spread joy
• Have documented experience in sales and service, preferably over the phone
• Have good computer and system skills, preferably experience with LIME and Tengella
• Can speak fluent Swedish and have good knowledge of English in both speech and writing.

ABOUT THE POSITION The position is located in Gothenburg, and working hours are primarily scheduled during the day from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, but other working hours may occur.
