Rolfstorp Preschool is located in the countryside, next to the school and close to nature and green areas. The preschool is built as two units; Knoppen and Rosen. The youngest children are in the Knoppen unit, while the older ones are in Rosen, and each unit divides the children into smaller groups during parts of the day.

We take a relational perspective where, through our teaching together with the children, we create the best possible conditions for learning and development for all children. Our goal is to make the most of every moment for learning and development in interaction with others.

Play is our main tool for development and learning, where experiences and knowledge are processed, and learning constantly occurs. The educators provide a permissive and challenging environment that is changeable and adapted to the children's needs and interests. Curious, Creative, Knowledge, and Empathy are guiding principles we carry with us in our daily work with the children.

At Rolfstorp Preschool, a positive attitude towards children, parents, and colleagues is a given. We want to create good collaboration throughout the preschool, and we believe in utilizing each other's skills and experiences.

JOB DESCRIPTION

In the role of preschool teacher, you are expected to lead and develop the operations according to the Curriculum, take responsibility for the pedagogical work in the unit, and be involved in the work for the overall development of the preschool. You contribute to creating good learning environments, developing pedagogical processes, and being an active, playful preschool teacher.

The systematic quality work is a given for you, and you have a reflective approach to children's learning and development.

QUALIFICATIONS

Licensed teacher for teaching in preschool.

• Experience and knowledge in play-responsive teaching is an advantage.
