Peder Skrivare High School (PS) offers several national high school programs that can be combined with developmental education in sports, Young Enterprise, Technology College, or Health and Care College. Our collaboration with the business community is well-established, and we promise you a first-class workplace! PS has over 1900 students and 240 staff. There is good cohesion and low staff turnover. Job Responsibilities

As a special educator, you will be a central part of the school's/program units' student health and a natural partner in the work of developing and improving teaching and learning.

As a special educator, you will work together with program units' student health teams, your special educator colleagues, and teaching staff in each program.

Work closely with the student health team to create the best possible learning environment for our students.
Lead and support joint processes to develop the school's pedagogical work.
Contribute to improving teaching through guidance and observations in the classroom.
Work preventively and health-promoting with a focus on students' needs and learning.
Conduct reading and writing assessments in line with municipal directives.
Work with students in direct teaching.

Personal suitability for the assignment is particularly important.

Qualifications

Special education degree with a basic qualification as a teacher at the upper secondary level with a license in one or more subjects.

It is a merit if you have experience with investigation tools such as LOGOS and Fonologia.
