The Role of a Preschool Teacher with Us

In this role, you contribute to a culture of sharing where we collectively take responsibility, inspire, collaborate, and support each other. Along with the team, you are responsible for following the curriculum mandate, planning teaching situations, and documenting your reflections as the basis for active SKA work within the preschool.

Your Profile

You are positive, flexible, and easily adapt to new situations and work methods. You have a reflective approach and are responsive to the needs of the children. Together with your closest colleagues, you will plan, implement, analyze, and evaluate the educational work. Your interaction is professional towards children, parents, and colleagues. You are happy to share previous learnings and successful ideas. You express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, as it is required in daily work. Personal suitability is of great importance.

About Onsala Preschool Area

The Onsala Preschool Area consists of the preschools Strannegården, Kaptensgården, Dannebacka, Rydet, and Iserås. We are close to nature, communication, and neighboring schools in the area. We are currently seeking a preschool teacher for Strannegården's preschool to develop the preschool's work towards its goals alongside competent and motivated colleagues.

Our Offer and Additional Information

We offer a full-time temporary position starting on February 3rd until July 6th. Depending on the municipality's service planning, a possible extension of the position may also be considered during the autumn term of 2025.
