About the Role

Our ambition is to help companies create safer workplaces for both people and the environment. We offer our customers products and solutions for handling, storing, and cleaning chemicals, and this is where you come in. As Sales Support at DENIOS, you will be part of an engaged team, and we offer you a varied and important role where you serve as a key support function for the sales team. You will have daily contact with both inside sales representatives, suppliers, customers, and our headquarters in Germany.

In this role, you will:

• Ensure accurate customer data in our business system and register new customers.
• Handle customer and web orders.
• Administer complaint cases and act as an internal coordinator.
• Book transports and follow up on product deliveries.
• Administer invoices and credit checks as well as other administrative tasks.

We are a team of 14 colleagues in our office here in Huskvarna, where everyone has slightly different roles but where we always help each other for our and our customers' benefit. We also offer the opportunity to work from home a couple of days a week or similar.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in administration and service, both internally and externally. You are flexible, efficient, and meticulous, and you excel at finding solutions. Previous experience in similar tasks and high knowledge of business systems and MS365 is an advantage. Whether you are at the beginning of your career or already have experience, we value your willingness to develop and contribute to our teamwork. Most importantly are your personal qualities – we are looking for someone who is willing to take responsibility for their tasks while also contributing to a good atmosphere among your colleagues.

Your administrative drive, curiosity, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously will be very important in this role. As our product range consists of technical products, it is essential that you have both technical interest and understanding.
