Do you want to be part of leading the energy transition of the future? We are now looking for an experienced and committed regional manager in the central region within our business area energy and power. In this role, you will lead and develop employees, create long-term customer relationships while driving growth and business development. Your role as Regional ManagerAs a regional manager, you will have the opportunity to work broadly in both strategic and operational capacities where you will have overall responsibility for the region, including sales, customer contact, finance, and personnel. With us, you play a key role in ensuring that the region has a very good customer and employee experience, growth, and good profitability. In the central region, you will have a team of leaders and senior employees in energy and power. Currently, we have personnel in Västerås, Stockholm, Krylbo, Uppsala, and Örebro, but the region may grow further. You will report to the business area manager and sit on the business area's management team where you actively contribute with your expertise and personal qualities.
In this role, you are responsible for the work environment and work with the entire employee journey for your employees, focusing on leading the team towards our strategic goals. This means that you will work with employee follow-up, create individual development plans, and recruit new employees. You recognize the importance of developing your team leaders and employees to create a developing and inviting workplace.
As a regional manager, you have a very active role in developing our existing and new businesses. This involves creating and maintaining relationships with customers and working with sales by identifying, understanding, and creating solutions for our customers. You place great importance on being proactive in sales work and networking with potential customers and candidates.
Who are you?We are looking for someone with solid experience in a leadership role with personnel responsibility. You have documented experience in business development and have actively worked with customer teams and strategies for customer engagement. Having an established network in the industry is a strong advantage.
You have previous experience in service sales or have worked as a KAM before. We see that you have previously worked in a technology-intensive industry and have good knowledge of technology and technical skills. Experience in the power and energy industry is an advantage. Furthermore, we see it as an advantage if you have a technical post-secondary education in energy and power or a related field. Previous experience in leading other leaders is a plus, but not a requirement.
As a person, you are engaged and relationship-oriented. You have a clear drive in sales and thrive in the role of an inspiring and present leader. You have a good ability to inspire and create development for both the team and the individual. As a regional manager, you should live by our values H.E.R.O. and act as a leader and ambassador for Vinnergi in all situations.
