Your Responsibilities

As a Project Manager at Elcor, you will be responsible for the entire project flow – from order handover to delivery and invoicing. You will drive contracting and delivery projects related to substations, switchgear, and low-voltage installations, playing a key role in ensuring quality, economy, and customer satisfaction.

Your role includes, among other things:
• Managing 6–8 parallel projects, each with a duration of 3–4 months
• Establishing schedules, delivery plans, and milestones
• Monitoring costs and project margins (target approx. 10%)
• Handling contracts, changes, and billing to customers
• Ensuring technical requirements in collaboration with electrical designers and production
• Conducting risk management and quality control
• Documenting in business and case management systems
• Building long-term customer relationships
• Traveling to production in Lithuania (approximately four times a year)

The position is a direct recruitment to Elcor Sverige AB, located in Västerås.

Your Profile

Requirements:

• Electrical engineering education (high school, vocational training, or university)
• At least three years of experience in project management within electrical power or installation
• Understanding of switchgear, electrical substations, and low voltage
• Ability to read and interpret single-line diagrams
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Meritorious:

• Experience in contract law and contract management
• Experience in budget monitoring and project profitability
• Experience with CAD or drawing reading in electrical power
• Experience in international supplier management

Personal Qualities:
You are self-driven, responsible, and structured, with good collaboration skills and strong communication abilities. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are solution-oriented, and can make decisions easily.
