About the job as a Production Planner:

As a production planner at Jefferson Wells, working with our client Epiroc in Fagersta, you will play an important role in the planning organization. The assignment involves covering a temporary back-fill and working with raw material requisitions, purchasing, and other daily tasks related to production planning. You will collaborate with several internal functions and help ensure that production flows according to plan.

Common tasks include:

• Requisitioning raw materials and managing contract purchases.
• Performing daily tasks within production planning.
• Collaborating with internal departments to ensure efficient flows.
• Following up and reporting on planning-related issues.

The candidate we are looking for:

We are looking for someone with experience in production planning who thrives in a role where accuracy, structure, and collaboration are central. You are communicative, responsible, and have the ability to make consequence assessments in your daily work. To succeed in this role, you need to be self-driven, motivated, and able to collaborate easily with others.

Additionally, we are looking for someone who:

• Has a valid driver's license (B).
• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish.
• Has good knowledge of English in both spoken and written form.
• Has experience in production planning.
• Is meticulous, driven, and has good collaborative skills.
• Has advantageous knowledge of M3, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
• Has basic planning skills.
