▶︎ The client is a consulting company active in electrical power and automation solutions, delivering turnkey systems for electricity distribution, industry, and wind, solar, water, and thermal power plants, with projects in Sweden and the rest of the Nordic region. They have specialist expertise in electrical power and automation solutions, and their Nordic presence enables the execution of projects that meet customer requirements for quality and functionality.

The company continuously works on developing and implementing electrical power facilities, focusing on high technical standards and industry-specific expertise.

The position is a direct recruitment, meaning the recruitment process is conducted through Futuria People, but you will be employed directly by the client.

About the position As an electrical designer, you will be responsible for developing and designing technical solutions within the control systems of electrical power. The work includes system design, detailed design, preparation of manufacturing documentation, and technical documentation in collaboration with project managers and other project members. The role also involves ensuring that the designs meet applicable standards, customer requirements, and quality levels. You will plan and drive your tasks within agreed timelines and participate in testing and commissioning when required. The position also includes contributing to the development of working methods and processes, as well as maintaining good relationships with customers and suppliers.

We are looking for someone who

• Has education and experience in electrical power facilities and control system design.

• Has at least 3 years of experience in design within the field, preferably with a focus on Swedish electrical power facilities.

• Has good knowledge of design software such as EPLAN or equivalent.

• Is proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• Thrives in a collaborative work environment where there can be a fast pace and where openness and respect are valued.
