Through a new framework agreement with Svenska kraftnät, we have the opportunity to contribute our expertise in regional grids, and are therefore looking for new employees who want to work on the largest infrastructure projects in Sweden. Here, you will be an important part of our business area Power, where you contribute to the energy transition together with us.

As a project manager within regional and national grids, you will drive projects from early investigations and planning, through design and procurement, to implementation, delivery, and commissioning. You will lead and coordinate projects related to stations and lines at voltage levels from 130 kV and above, ensuring that projects are carried out according to requirements for quality, time, and economy.

An important part of the role is to build good relationships with customers, clients, and contractors. You will be a central contact point throughout the project's lifecycle and work together with our specialists in electricity, construction, land, and control. Through our framework agreements with, among others, Svenska kraftnät, you will have the opportunity to work on some of the country's most extensive and technically complex electricity grid projects. We work in teams with high technical competence and short decision-making paths, giving you both responsibility and the opportunity to influence.

We are looking for someone with many years of experience leading projects in electricity, preferably within regional grids, stations, or lines from 130 kV and above. It is particularly positive if you have worked on leading projects in power line design or similar technical areas, and are used to collaborating at the interface between construction, land, preparation, and project implementation.

You have a technical education in electricity, or equivalent knowledge that you have built up through work experience. Experience in project management training, as well as knowledge of AB04, ABT06, and AMA, is considered an advantage.

As a person, you are confident in your project management role, structured, and used to making decisions. You thrive with many contact points, communicate clearly, and have a solution-oriented and curious approach to work. You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and a B driver's license is a requirement.
