We are currently seeking a Property Manager on behalf of our client for a position in Västerås. The role is a permanent employment directly with the client and is expected to start after the summer.

About the assignment As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the technical and economic management of around 1500 apartments and associated premises. You will have personnel responsibility for a number of employees, and together you will work closely to achieve high customer satisfaction and generate profitability in the business.

Examples of tasks:

• Maintain continuous dialogue with our customers and actively work towards increased customer satisfaction

• Be responsible for and actively work on the development of operating net in the property portfolio

• Establish, follow up, and be responsible for budget, forecasts, and ongoing property management

• In collaboration with the leasing agents, lease vacant premises, perform tenant adaptations, monitor lease agreements that can be terminated, and renegotiate lease contracts

• Procure, coordinate, and follow up on framework and service agreements

• Be responsible for legal requirements and contact with authorities

• Participate in internal improvement work

About you We are looking for someone who meets the following mandatory requirements:

• Several years of experience in property management

• Experience in personnel and budget responsibility in the role of Manager

• Enjoys working both strategically and operationally – must have the ability to assess when each is needed

• Social, unpretentious, and good at communicating with different target groups

• Results-oriented
