ABOUT THE POSITION
In your role as a systems engineer, you will be part of a close-knit team where great competence and broad experience exist among your colleagues. The ILS team works to create optimized operational and maintenance costs for a specific system or product throughout its entire lifecycle. The products that the team operates and maintains are both hardware and software within communication solutions in the defense industry.
You can expect a varied everyday life where you will work with everything from structural setup of systems to decommissioning of product lifecycles. Your work will primarily be administrative, where structure & accuracy are something we believe you appreciate. In addition to your focus on administrative tasks, you will also work with broad contact areas, which means close collaboration with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders for the projects you are involved in.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
Your primary task is to support defense-related projects from procurement to decommissioning of materials & systems. This means you will collect & analyze information from colleagues, clients, project managers & various systems. This is to ensure that you have the correct basis for making the right decisions in the projects. Below are common tasks in your role:
- General planning of material procurement, distribution & registration, primarily in the Teamcenter system.
- To some extent, perform ILS analyses & documentation of maintenance solutions.
- Participation in meetings & other information forums required for you to collect accurate information.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has a completed engineering degree or equivalent work experience in ILS.
- Has a strong technical interest & wants to work in a high-tech environment.
- Masters the Swedish & English languages in speech & writing.
- Has a B driver's license as travel is required in the position.
It is meritorious if you have:
- A background in the defense or defense industry.
- Experience working within one or more ILS elements.
- Experience working in any of the following systems: Teamcenter, TIA GoF, LIFT & PRIO.
