We are now looking for three experienced workshop personnel for a temporary consulting assignment at our client's operations in Västerås.

About the Position

The role is focused on stator winding, a qualified and manual task that requires precision, endurance, and technical skill.

The work is entirely manual, without machines, and is performed in teams. Since the quality of the work cannot always be visually confirmed, it is required that the competence is tested and approved through certification. There are also tasks that include electrical testing of stators, which makes an electrical background advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual tasks within stator winding according to internal processes and safety requirements
• Carry out qualified craftsmanship where quality is ensured through certified competence
• Work in teams and contribute to an efficient production flow
• Follow standardized workflows, instructions, and safety procedures
• Possibly perform electrical testing of stators (advantageous tasks)

Working Hours and Scope

Two-shift work
8 hours per day / 40 hours per week

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience in workshop work or similar manual craftsmanship
• Ability to work accurately in technical and quality-assured tasks
• Ability to work in teams
• Advantageous:
  • Electrical background
  • Overhead crane license
  • Forklift license
• Attention to detail and understanding of safety procedures
