We are now looking for a recruiter for a 12-month contract to our recruitment team at Inte Bara Post Bemanning.

WHAT DO YOU DO AS A RECRUITER?

As a recruiter at Inte Bara Post Bemanning, you will recruit externally for our clients. You play a key role in independently leading and executing the entire recruitment process – from job requirements to placement. With a business-minded and engaged approach, you build strong relationships with both clients and candidates. You will be part of a team with another recruiter and collaborate closely with client managers and others in the delivery team.

Main responsibilities:

  • Conduct job requirements analysis
  • Write and publish job advertisements
  • Sourcing and actively searching for candidates via ATS systems and various channels such as LinkedIn
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' competencies, experiences, and personal qualities
  • Reference checks and background verification
  • Match candidates with the right assignments and clients
  • Work proactively to build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
  • Handle administrative tasks related to the recruitment processes
  • Ensure a positive employer brand by working towards a positive candidate experience

We are looking for someone who has:

  • At least one year of experience in recruitment
  • Previous experience working with multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
  • Post-secondary education
  • Good computer skills
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is a merit if you have previous experience in external recruitment within the recruitment and staffing industry.
