Do you love making others feel welcome, have an eye for detail, and thrive in a lively office environment? We are now looking for an Office Manager for our client in Stockholm! We are looking for someone who wants to be the hub of our client's office experience – a person who joyfully and professionally greets both employees and guests with a smile every day.
About the role
You are the first person that colleagues and visitors meet – every day is your chance to create a positive first impression!
Your responsibilities will include:
Creating a warm and professional atmosphere in the reception
Managing internal communication channels, updating the intranet, and handling administrative tasks
Supporting internal events, including basic logistics and setup
Monitoring Slack channels and the Jira ticketing system to quickly resolve or escalate issues
Ensuring that the office's common areas are always in top condition
Coordinating with vendors and following up on contracts related to reception services
Managing room bookings and taking care of guests
Contributing to improvement initiatives and quality follow-ups within hospitality service
Being responsible for food orders as needed
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with a natural sense of service – someone who is solution-oriented, self-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are structured, responsible, and always ensure that the little extra is done.
We see that you have:
At least 2 years of experience in reception or a similar service-oriented role
Very good knowledge of both Swedish and English, spoken and written
Experience in internal communication and administration is a plus
Previous experience with Slack and Jira is a plus
A proactive attitude and enjoy taking initiative
A team player attitude and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
A friendly, professional, and reliable demeanor
And last but not least – a twinkle in your eye and a good dose of team spirit!
