We are currently looking for a Senior Executive Assistant for an assignment with our client in Västerås! You will be replacing the regular assistant during their planned absence. A perfect opportunity for those seeking new challenges this summer and who enjoy structure, service, and a fast-paced environment!

• Be a vital link between the Marketing and Sales teams in Sweden

• Provide qualified support to both managers and teams in their daily work

• Book travel, meetings, and events

• Support office operations and manage invoices

• Be an active part of the Executive Assistant network and Travel Team

• High integrity and confidence in a senior assistant role.

• Previous experience in similar roles where you have supported the management team with administrative tasks.

• Good computer skills with experience in SAP, MS365, and Salesforce.

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• If you have a post-secondary education in procurement, finance, marketing, or business management, we consider it a strong advantage.

This is an assignment with great variety, responsibility, and independence, where you will support leading functions within a well-known company. You will also have the opportunity to work partially remotely, providing flexibility in your daily routine.

Location: Västerås  Period: August 11, 2025 – February 10, 2026 Extent: Full-time 100 % Application Deadline: June 30, 2025, but we are working with ongoing selection and interviews.
