Resourced is a fast-growing FashionTech startup that helps modern brands streamline their product development and production. We work with brands like Axel Arigato, Flattered, Chimi, Icebug, Scholl, and Björn Borg, digitizing one of the world's largest and most rapidly changing industries.
We are now looking for a Customer Success Support for our office in Gothenburg. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that our customers have the best possible experience with our platform. You will act as the link between our customers and our internal teams – helping brands solve problems, optimize workflows, and maximize the value they receive from our services.
This is a dynamic role where each day can look different, and you are expected to switch between tasks, prioritize wisely, and maintain clarity and structure even when a lot is happening at once. You need to be able to quickly grasp new situations, make independent decisions, and contribute to creating smooth solutions – both for our customers and internally. There is ample room to influence the way we work, and you will be involved in shaping how we move forward.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, service-oriented, and detail-oriented – and who sees variation and change as a driving force rather than a challenge. You are comfortable managing both people and systems, and you have a knack for creating order in complex flows.

Who you are- A quick learner with a proactive mindset
- Fearless in taking responsibility and engaging with the business and customers
- Highly structured and detail-oriented
- Solution-oriented and skilled at prioritizing
- Social and communicative – you enjoy talking to customers and are comfortable driving conversations
- Independent and proactive as a lot of personal responsibility is required
- Comfortable handling large amounts of admin and data
- Experienced user of Excel – strong skills are required and will be tested before hiring.
- Provide top-notch support to our customers and ensure their needs are handled efficiently
- Manage incoming customer inquiries and solve problems with a solution-oriented approach
- Handle and follow up on large amounts of information to keep customers updated and satisfied. A lot of work in Excel.
- Help optimize customers' workflows by offering guidance and best practices
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Be part of onboarding new customers
