As a Customer Support Representative, you create a positive customer experience and are the face of Stena Recycling. We are looking for someone to strengthen the operations during their ongoing system change with the possibility of extension. Your primary task is to handle incoming cases, calls, and emails through the case management system. You strive to resolve the customer's issue on the first contact or, if necessary, connect the customer with the right colleague internally and follow the customer's case from start to finish with ongoing feedback. You will also proactively contact the company's customers by phone to ensure customer satisfaction and potential development of the collaboration.

Daily, you help customers manage their waste effectively and develop their business by working with additional services where you see the whole picture and find long-term and sustainable solutions based on the customer's needs. In the role of Customer Support Representative, you work closely with colleagues in other roles at the branch and maintain close collaboration with your immediate colleagues in the support team. Having an interest in and a holistic understanding of the company's business is an important part of the role. Stena Recycling continuously works on the development and improvement of routines and working methods, where you are expected to be a driving participant!

Examples of other tasks you will perform:

• Order placement for incoming deliveries via the business system
• Setting up new customers via the business system
• Managing and documenting customer complaints
• Participating and actively contributing to the improvement work of the business by gathering insights about the customer's needs and experiences
• Proactively working to digitize customers via the customer portal

To succeed in the role of Customer Support, we see that you are service-oriented and enjoy building and maintaining relationships. You communicate easily, are attentive in your approach, and do your utmost to create a good customer experience. As a person, you are independent while also being good at collaborating, both with customers and colleagues internally.

Furthermore, you are someone who takes ownership and has a good ability to prioritize and create structure in your work. You like to work proactively, taking your own initiatives to drive improvements and stay one step ahead. The company operates at a fast pace, with a dynamic and changing environment, so your ability to quickly manage and prioritize tasks is crucial.

• Several years of work experience in service and ongoing customer contact as well as experience with case management systems
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• B driver's license

We consider it an advantage if you have:

• Experience in inside sales

Start: By agreement in August or September 

Location: The work takes place at Stena's branch at Bangårdsgatan 3 in Linköping
