Are you a detail-oriented and service-minded administrator who enjoys keeping track of details, systems, and people? We are currently looking for an HR Administrator & Payroll Coordinator at Swisslog. 

In this role, you will be an important link between managers, employees, and external partners regarding payroll. You will handle everything from employment administration to pension issues, insurance, and updating employee data. You will also be the natural contact for questions regarding payroll, benefits, and systems.

The role will develop into a Nordic position coordinating payroll for 6 legal entities in 4 Nordic countries.

About the assignment:

• Ensure accurate and updated personnel and payroll information in systems such as SAP, Flex HRM, and SuccessFactors.
• Collaborate with external payroll partners to ensure that payroll payments and compensations are made according to schedule and legislation.
• Provide support to managers and employees regarding payroll, pensions, employment, and benefits.
• Assist finance and HR with reporting, reconciliations, and invoice management.
• Contribute to annual HR processes related to the entire employment cycle.
• Ensure that internal documents, policies, and employee handbooks are current and in line with laws and collective agreements.
• Participate in improvement work related to payroll and HR processes.
• Be part of the client's work environment committee and dialogue with trade unions.

We are looking for you who:

• Have a post-secondary education in HR or administration.
• Have at least 5 years of experience in payroll management and HR administration, including taxes and pensions.
• Are accustomed to working in systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, and Flex HRM.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
