Your new role 

We are now looking for an engaged Hospitality Concierge to join our Workplace team in Stockholm!

For them, the workplace is more than just a place to work – it is an inspiring destination for meetings, ideas, and community. As a Hospitality Concierge, you will be the hub of their office; the first person their employees and visitors meet, setting the tone for the day. You contribute to creating an environment where everyone feels seen, welcomed, and cared for.

What you will do:

• Create a warm and professional experience for everyone who walks through the doors.
• Keep track of the reception's daily routines, internal communication, and administrative tasks, such as updates on their intranet.
• Support internal events and assist with preparations and logistics.
• Monitor their internal Slack channels and ticket system (Jira) to quickly resolve or escalate issues.
• Ensure that the office's common areas, meeting rooms, and reception environment are always tidy, well-organized, and ready to welcome guests.
• Coordinate with suppliers and follow up on service agreements related to the reception.
• Be responsible for room bookings and guest services.
• Participate in quality controls and improvement initiatives for their service.
• Manage ordering and handling of food and beverages as needed.

You will become part of their Workplace team and cover for a colleague's parental leave. The position is a full-time consultancy assignment, Monday to Friday, based at their office in central Stockholm.

To be successful in this role, you need

• At least 2 years of experience in reception, office services, or hospitality. Preferably from a tech company or similar work environment.
• Excellent proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
• Meritorious: Experience in internal communication and administrative tasks.
