In the role of Finance to Cash (F2C) Release Lead, you will play a central role in leading and coordinating all data-related efforts within the F2C process, particularly related to SAP migration. You will act as a link between global process owners, technical experts, and the operational business, with the goal of ensuring the right data is available where and when it is needed.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate all data migration activities within the F2C process during the SAP implementation.
• Ensure accurate data mapping, extraction, test data management, and quality review.
• Work closely with both global process owners and technical teams to ensure successful data integration.
• Develop and improve working methods regarding master data in the finance area.
• Contribute to data governance and long-term efforts to enhance data quality and structure.
• Actively participate in planning and execution of cutover and migration activities.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:

• Deep knowledge of SAP's finance modules and related business processes.
• Documented experience in leading SAP/ERP implementation projects in complex environments.
• Experience managing extensive project budgets and a strong understanding of financial monitoring.
• Practical experience in cutover planning and financial data migration.
• The ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional and international teams.
• Post-secondary education in finance, IT, or a related background.

Language skills

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Preferred experiences

• Previous work in the process industry, particularly in the pulp or paper sector.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, SAP Solution Manager, and various ETL tools.
