About the position: Kylslaget AB is now looking for a Recruiter/Customer Service Representative for a varied and exciting role. In this position, you will initially be responsible for recruiting staff for the company, approximately 3 days a week. The remaining 2 days a week, you will work alongside our customer service team to ensure high quality and efficiency in customer handling.

It is a dynamic work environment with a fast pace, where decisions are made quickly. Therefore, it is important that you are used to working in an operation that requires speed and flexibility.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for recruiting staff for Kylslaget AB, including the use of recruitment systems, search, and headhunting.
• Actively participate in the customer service team and help address customers professionally and efficiently.
• Work closely with other teams and managers to ensure that recruitment needs match the company's requirements.

Qualifications:

• Used to a fast pace and quick decisions, and have the ability to take initiative in your work.
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in recruitment and use of recruitment systems and search.
• Previous experience in customer service and ability to meet customers professionally.

Working hours and location:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 16:00.
• The position is located in Vallentuna at Fågelsångsvägen 16.

Employment type: The position is a full-time position with an initial probationary period of 6 months.
