We are looking for a customer service representative for our client in the traffic industry. We are now looking for someone who is passionate about customer contact and wants to provide first-class service to our corporate clients. Welcome to a dynamic role where you will be a key person between the customer and the business.

In this role, you will be an important ambassador in contact with corporate clients. Your main responsibility is to handle incoming inquiries via phone and email – always with the goal of delivering fast, clear, and solution-oriented service.

• Issue and manage traffic cards
• Handle credits and invoices
• Receive and process returns
• Work in multiple systems simultaneously

You will be part of our wonderful customer service department with about 20 colleagues, three of whom work specifically with corporate clients. The position may be classified in a security class.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Efficient & structured – You find it easy to stay organized, prioritize, and maintain a high pace.
• Service-oriented – You have a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Communicative – You express yourself clearly and professionally in both speech and writing.
• Solution-oriented – You see opportunities rather than problems.

We believe you have:

• Experience in customer service, preferably within B2B.
• Good computer skills and enjoy working in multiple systems at the same time.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• The ability to handle both simple and more complex inquiries.
