Your profile – Experienced or driven vehicle mechanic for Werksta Haninge

• You have a technical education in automotive or relevant work experience as a mechanic in a workshop.
• You have experience in service, troubleshooting, and repair of passenger cars, light commercial vehicles, or electric cars.
• A valid driver's license (B) is required.
• You work meticulously, are quality-conscious, and have good problem-solving skills.
• You are comfortable using digital systems and work order systems.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Knowledge of English is a plus.
• You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
• You contribute to a positive, inclusive, and solution-oriented work environment.

Job responsibilities – Vehicle service and repairs in the repair shop in Haninge

• Perform service, troubleshooting, and repair of various car brands and models according to manufacturer instructions and Werksta's quality requirements.
• Work with brakes, engines, gearboxes, chassis, suspensions, and electronics – without straightening bodywork or welding.
• Assemble and disassemble components during damage and repair work, in collaboration with the workshop's other staff.
• Diagnose faults and address problems based on technical documentation and digital tools.
• Contribute to documenting completed work digitally.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts for work environment, quality, and sustainability.
• Maintain order in the workplace and contribute to good relationships within the workshop team.
