We are now looking for a receptionist for an exciting assignment at a large international company in the financial sector. Here, you will be an important point of contact for both employees and external guests, working closely with other service functions.

About the role

As a receptionist, you will be the face of the company and a central part of the office's daily flow. You create a professional and welcoming first impression for both internal employees and external visitors. The role is varied and requires you to thrive in a fast-paced environment where flexibility, responsibility, and service orientation are crucial.

You will work closely with other internal functions and play a key role in ensuring that everything runs smoothly in the reception and meeting areas. You are proactive, unpretentious, and see what needs to be done before anyone has to ask for it. With an eye for detail and a solution-oriented approach, you tackle both small and large tasks with the same commitment.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming visitors, managing check-in badges, and ensuring that the right contact person picks up their guests
  • Booking and coordinating meeting and conference rooms
  • Ensuring that the reception is functional and representative
  • Being a service function for employees – answering questions, assisting with simple matters, and providing guidance
  • Managing incoming emails and deliveries
  • Supporting internal teams with simpler administrative tasks as needed

Who are we looking for: We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in service who enjoys being the face of the company. You are unpretentious, flexible, and like to create a good atmosphere around you.

  • Previous experience in reception, customer service, or another front office role is required.
  • A social service star who enjoys meeting people and always strives to deliver high-quality service
  • Good computer skills and very good knowledge of the Office suite are required
  • Familiar with working with digital calendars and booking systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Detail-oriented with a sense of structure
  • Solution-oriented and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

Employment type: Full-time, permanent with an initial probationary period of 6 months Working hours: Weekdays during office hours, some flexibility may occur as needed Employment: You will be employed by Carotte Staff and work as a consultant for our client Start date: Beginning of August or as agreed
