ABOUT THE POSITION

We are currently seeking personal assistants for one of our clients in Vänersborg. This is a part-time position as needed during the summer, which means you will work when regular staff are absent. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is flexible and can work on short notice. The shifts are scheduled as follows – both on weekdays and weekends:

• 09:00 AM – 07:00 PM
• 07:00 PM – 09:00 AM (with waiting time during the night)

We would like you to be able to start the introduction as soon as possible.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is a woman in her 50s who uses a wheelchair. As a personal assistant, you will support her in daily life – everything from household chores and cooking to personal hygiene and leisure activities. A mobile lift is available at home for transfers.

ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for someone who is responsible, reliable, and attentive to the client's needs. Since the job as a personal assistant requires you to be proactive, you need to be confident in yourself and able to take initiative. The work can be both physically demanding and intense, so we are looking for someone who has good physical health and sees a challenge as something inspiring. Previous experience in care and assistance is an advantage, but your personal qualities are most important, as the chemistry between you and the client is crucial for good assistance.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations according to collective agreements.
