ABOUT THE ROLE As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone and email, creating outstanding service in every call. You will nurture and strengthen customer relationships with regular follow-ups, prevent churn, and drive win-back activities. By analyzing feedback and trends, you contribute to continuous improvements.
In your role, you will collaborate closely with other departments, use digital customer tools effectively, and work in a structured, meticulous, and proactive manner. You have a strong inner drive, are self-sufficient and initiative-taking, with good collaboration skills. You share our core values: customer focus, engagement, and reliability. THIS IS YOU

With good collaboration skills, you work well both within the team and with other parts of the organization.
