HR Strategist with Focus on Salary Formation and Terms/Agreements

Do you have experience working independently with salary formation, terms and agreements, and labor law? Are you a person with strong problem-solving and analytical skills who finds it easy to build relationships and collaborations? Responsibilities

As an HR strategist focusing on salary formation and terms/agreement, you will work strategically and operationally with the authority's salary formation, which includes developing the authority's salary policy and working with the annual salary reviews. The work is done in a team with another HR strategist.

You will handle labor law issues and terms. This means you will develop, design, and conduct negotiations of local collective agreements and work with the interpretation and application of collective agreements, laws in the HR area, and union negotiations. You will support both other HR partners and the head of the HR and Communications staff and present in the authority's management group.

The position is based in Stockholm.

We are looking for someone who

Has a degree from a university in HR/behavioral science or has equivalent competence acquired in another way that we assess as equivalent. You must have several years of experience working independently with salary formation, terms and agreements, and labor law issues. Based on that, you have good knowledge of salary formation and applicable agreements and laws in the labor law area. You are accustomed to working in various HR systems or equivalent and have good knowledge of Excel. A requirement for the position is also good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have experience in the public sector and knowledge of both the public collective agreement area and public special regulations. If you have also taken courses related to labor law, laws, and agreements, it is meritorious.

As a person, you are responsible and work in a structured way to drive your work forward. You have a good ability to analyze and manage complex information and make correct assessments and priorities. Furthermore, you are outgoing and find it easy to create good relationships and collaborations. You listen, communicate, and resolve conflicts constructively. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.

About Us

The HR and Communications staff is responsible for HR-related issues, development and management of competence management, employer issues, and personnel policy issues. In addition, the HR and Communications staff is also responsible for the authority's internal and external communication. This includes the authority's media contacts, brand issues, and the management and development of content in the authority's own communication channels as well as in the external communication channels used by the authority.

Within the above areas, the HR and Communications staff shall represent the authority's views and support the management of the authority GD/ÖD in steering and leading the authority's operations in fulfilling its mission.
