About the role Your task is to provide quality of life. You see each individual and have the ability to understand what each person needs. The work consists of helping elderly people in their own homes with personal care, service tasks such as shopping and cleaning, and responding to safety alarms. Thanks to you, our customers can continue to live at home and maintain their lifestyle and habits. At the same time, you develop valuable knowledge about care, service, and aging.

About Vardaga Vantör

Vardaga Vantör has its office in bright premises near Hagsätra center. The unit's team has high ambitions and a strong focus on well-being and community; we support and help each other to make the day as good as possible for all of us, both employees and customers.

• We have a clear organization regarding different roles, routines, and what is expected of our employees out in the field. • We have present managers – so that our employees receive the support they need. • We have a dementia team with in-depth knowledge in the field of dementia and who coach their colleagues in working with our customers who have dementia.

Your experience and knowledge We believe that you who apply to us: - are attracted to a varied job and understand the importance of good treatment in all situations. - are a creative person who dares to think for yourself and take responsibility. - are curious about other people and have a social approach.

We prefer that you are a trained nursing assistant and have worked a few years in elderly care. Good computer skills, experience in documentation, and a driver's license are also meritorious. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you have the right qualities, we will provide you with support and the opportunity to grow.
