As a pharmacist at Hjärtat, you will work variably with counseling and sales within prescriptions and self-care. In this role, you contribute your pharmaceutical expertise, commitment, and experience to better health for our customers and the success of the pharmacy.

Why you should work with us - the regional manager tells

We are excited to soon welcome you to our new, fresh pharmacy in Sickla – a strategically important investment for Apotek Hjärtat as it will be very close to our existing neighboring pharmacy and competitors. The pharmacy will be located next to ICA Kvantum Sickla and will have 3 prescription channels as well as large, nice staff areas. Sickla is a rapidly growing center with good communications already, but eventually, a subway station will also be built.

We are now looking for engaged pharmacists for a variety of roles and responsibilities who want to contribute to our large and wonderful team in Sickla – welcome to make a difference with us!

The positions are permanent employment as a pharmacist and are full-time or part-time as agreed. A probationary period may apply. Start date for the positions is May 2025, but there is also the possibility of earlier employment for work at one of our neighboring pharmacies in the region.

We will be open from 8 AM to 9 PM every day of the week. This provides a great opportunity for a flexible schedule that can suit you.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for you who are a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician. You may be at the beginning of your career or an experienced pharmacist and recognize yourself in the description:

• You show interest and engagement in meeting customers and collaborate well with colleagues at your pharmacy and throughout the region/ all of Apotek Hjärtat
• You take responsibility for managing the demands placed on you as a pharmacist and seek help from your team when needed
• You contribute with a good attitude and seek simple solutions in everyday life

• Responsible for Medications

About the job as a pharmacist with medication responsibility at Hjärtat

In addition to your role as a pharmacist, you also have medication responsibility at the pharmacy. At Hjärtat, this means you are responsible for the local quality work. You are responsible for ensuring that your pharmacy meets the required standards and for reporting deviations. You ensure that new employees are introduced and participate in the quality routines at the pharmacy, and coach your colleagues with support and advice regarding the pharmacy's quality work.

• Pharmacy Responsible

About the job as a pharmacist with pharmacy responsibility at Hjärtat. In addition to your role as a pharmacist, you also have pharmacy responsibility at the pharmacy. At Hjärtat, this means you coach your colleagues so that counseling, sales, and efficiency at the pharmacy are constantly improved in close collaboration with the sales responsible. As the pharmacy responsible, you are responsible for competence development within pharmacy at your workplace. You are responsible for or support the pharmacy manager in contacts with local healthcare and are a good role model in customer interactions.

• Product Responsible Pharmacist

In the role of product responsible, you are responsible for ensuring that inventory management is optimal and that inventory economics and routines meet set goals. You are responsible for ensuring that daily product handling follows Hjärtat's routines and ensure that an optimal inventory is maintained each month. When needed, you train your colleagues in the routines concerning product management.
