Capio Rehab Farsta has been located in Farsta Centrum since 2012 and operates on behalf of Region Stockholm. We are 13 colleagues consisting of dietitians, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, chiropractors, and a receptionist. More colleagues are located one floor down at Capio Vårdcentral Farsta, with which we have a close collaboration.

As a dietitian with us, you will work independently with assessment and treatment. You will meet patients of various ages and with varying issues. Visits primarily take place at the clinic, at home, or in groups depending on the patient's needs. Video visits and phone contact are also possible alternatives.

If you have a particular competence, a specialty, or a special interest, we are open and interested in developing/incorporating that into our operations!

The position is a permanent employment with a working degree according to agreement.

With us, you have your own room, a laptop is always available for home visits, and there are good opportunities to plan your schedule to suit you. It is always fine to knock on the door to bounce ideas and ask for advice. Consultation time is reserved every afternoon with the health center for smooth communication regarding shared patients. We continuously work to stay updated and develop our skills. There are many rehabilitation clinics within Capio, and we have regular meetings for collegial support and idea exchange.

We are a warm and curious team that welcomes new suggestions and ways of working. We have common breaks every day, which are usually spent in the kitchen's sofa group, and on Fridays, we treat ourselves to a nice breakfast for the morning coffee.

Our organization is based on the local unit's self-governance with engaged and participatory employees, which leads to short decision-making paths. At the same time, there is a larger organization in the background that provides support and opportunities for development and experience exchange.

You are a licensed dietitian, confident in your profession with a holistic approach and a pedagogical, patient-focused working method. We prefer that you have experience in the profession and primary care, but it is not a requirement; fitting in and enjoying our workgroup is more important. As a person, you are positive and curious, empathetic, and can organize your work efficiently.

A valid driver's license (B) is required.
