Beroendecentrum Stockholm is Sweden's largest addiction clinic. We offer support and assistance to individuals with problems related to alcohol, drugs, medications, or gambling. Our operations include emergency and inpatient care, local outpatient care, and highly specialized treatment. We also conduct university healthcare, research, and education.

The workplace

We are now looking for a nurse for the Forensic Psychiatric Outpatient Care.

The clinic provides highly specialized forensic psychiatric outpatient care in collaboration with Forensic Psychiatry Care Stockholm and the correctional services. We receive patients who have been sentenced to treatment by the courts or receive treatment under LRV/LPT. We also accept patients referred from general psychiatry and other addiction care. About the role

The tasks are varied and include assessments, sampling, medication management, motivational and supportive conversations, and documentation. Treatment contacts are often long-term with a focus on alliance building and communication. Supervision is part of the job. The work requires an active approach regarding assessments, investigations, and other treatments based on evidence-based methods.
