The position of Bid Manager is a key role for Attendo's continued growth and involves being responsible for actively driving profitable growth by leading and winning prioritized procurements according to LOU and applications within the customer choice system (LOV). In the role of Bid Manager, you will have a strong focus on results, developing the offering, and challenging the segment organization with new business opportunities. You will lead entire bidding processes and work proactively around business opportunities. An exciting assignment where you will have a lot of contact with our regions, operations, and other functions. A colleague is going on parental leave, and we are looking for her successor for approximately 15 months, starting in the fall of 2025.

Job Description

• Write and develop winning bid texts and quality documentation
• Project manage and administer bidding processes according to LOU or LOV applications
• Develop pricing proposals for our services and bids
• Analyze the market and provide feedback on trends, market surveillance including market price levels and competitors' offerings
• Conceptualize the company's offerings to customers and clients
• Support our segments in various commercial matters and build in-depth knowledge of the market (especially elderly housing, home care, LSS, and IoF)
• Continuous improvement work

The role is part of the bid team, which consists of bid managers and a bid manager. The position reports to the bid manager and is a full-time temporary position for approximately 15 months. 

Location at the headquarters in Danderyd. Start in October or by agreement.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in public bidding work, i.e., experience in project managing bidding processes according to LOU. Experience from the care industry is an advantage.

To succeed in this role, business acumen, analytical ability, and the capacity to lead successful bidding processes in a structured and efficient manner are required. You can prioritize among tasks and manage several parallel assignments. You build trusting relationships and are perceived as an unpretentious colleague.
