We are currently looking for a project-leading accounting consultant for our friendly office in Västerås! Here, you will be part of a wonderful team of 17 people who share a fantastic community. In your role, you will have the opportunity to take on significant responsibility for clients and projects, while also having good opportunities to grow and develop outside of the consulting role.

 Job Responsibilities

As a project manager, you will work hands-on while coordinating the work in client assignments, providing a balance between strategic responsibility and practical work. You will primarily work in the more advanced parts of the accounting flow, often in close collaboration with a consultant who handles the ongoing accounting. The role also includes work with payroll!

You will, among other things:

• Work with declarations and VAT
• Prepare financial statements and annual reports
• Provide advice to clients on financial and tax matters
• Be responsible for monthly reporting
• Prepare corporate tax returns

Who are you?

To thrive in this role, we see that you are brave and confident in taking on new challenges. You are responsible and used to working independently, with full client responsibility. You have high social competence, are comfortable in client dialogues, and enjoy collaboration. Additionally, you are meticulous and quality-conscious in everything you do.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 5 years of experience in accounting according to K2
• Has a post-secondary degree in finance 
• Has previously worked at an accounting firm

It is an extra merit if you:

• Are an authorized accounting consultant or have the ambition to become one (we are happy to help you on the way) 
• Have experience with K3 regulations  
• Have previously worked with payroll
