Your task

You will be part of our on-call team that assists our Nordic travelers outside of our regular opening hours. Your working hours are weekdays between 06:00–20:00 and certain public holidays. During regular opening hours, 08:00–17:00, you will work as a Travel Consultant for Sweden.

As a Travel Consultant at FCM Travel, you are our face to the outside world. You are the one who has direct contact with our customers and provides the first-class service they deserve. You will be part of a well-coordinated team where we primarily work with traditional personal service, such as receiving incoming calls and emails to make new and rebookings, as well as guiding our customers in our online tool Arrivon. You handle bookings for flights, hotels, trains, cars, and ferries, and inform customers about rebooking regulations.

The person we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is passionate about service and sales! We expect you to have at least 3 years of experience in selling regular flights, experience in business travel, and profile management. Furthermore, you should have solid knowledge of the booking systems Amadeus and Linkonline, as well as good system skills.

You are a good communicator with strong skills in Swedish and English. You take great personal responsibility and are solution-oriented, communicative, and able to remain calm in stressful situations. Of course, you are a team player who enjoys seeing the team achieve its goals, just as you reach your personal goals.

Scope and start date

The position is a permanent employment, with a probationary period applied. Start date as soon as possible. The placement is at our office in central Gothenburg. We apply hybrid work.
