We are looking for a project administrator for an authority within the Swedish power system.

This is a consulting assignment.

The position is full-time.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

The Assignment

The authority is responsible for ensuring that the electricity transmission system is cost-effective, environmentally friendly, and safe - today and in the future. It has over 1400 employees, the majority of whom are based at the headquarters in Stockholm.

In the Network division, you will be involved in expanding and maintaining the transmission network. To meet society's needs, the authority plans to build 7000 kilometers of main network lines over the next 20 years.

The authority's management projects are often large in scope (>1000 MSEK) and duration (approximately 7-10 years).

To support the work in the authority's construction projects, there is now a need to strengthen their project organizations with project administrators.

Job Responsibilities

As a project administrator, you will relieve the project manager of administrative tasks, thereby contributing to the resource-efficient implementation of the project. The role involves significant personal responsibility to independently plan and execute your work within the areas delegated by the project manager. The tasks may vary depending on the nature and needs of the project, with an emphasis on project-specific administration in systems and tools throughout the project's lifecycle.

Examples of tasks may include:

• Documenting the project's documentation

• Administration in support systems for documentation, finance, and project reporting

• Administering internal and external meetings for the project, including taking notes and writing minutes.

• Assisting the project manager in maintaining routines regarding reporting and follow-up for the project.

Requirements (Note, mandatory)

At least a high school education. At least 3 years of documented work experience in independently working as a project/program administrator or another equivalent role in complex programs/projects with many parallel projects and numerous internal and external stakeholders. At least 3 years of work experience with MS Office programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience working in the energy sector or in construction and infrastructure projects. At least 3 years of experience working as a project administrator or equivalent role in large (>300 MSEK) construction and infrastructure projects.
